Greenbox Reefer Bodies are engineered with two priorities at the core: robustness and minimal heat loss. At the same time, we work closely with our clients to identify opportunities to reduce overall body weight without compromising strength, durability or insulation performance.

Lightweight Construction Without Compromising Strength

Greenbox offers single-piece GRP sheets from 1 mm to 3 mm thickness, enabling the construction of lightweight, strong and thermally efficient reefer bodies. Our designs can be configured for thermal-breakless insulation, helping minimise thermal bridges and improve overall insulation efficiency.

Every reefer body can be customised around the customer’s specific application, operating environment, payload requirements and aesthetic preferences.

A single Greenbox Reefer Body can be engineered with multiple temperature-controlled compartments within the same box. Depending on the application, different temperature zones can be created using a combination of:
