TDU stands for Tertiary Distribution Unit — a purpose-designed solution for distributors supplying frozen foods to multiple retail outlets without the need to keep the distribution unit powered throughout the day.

TDU uses advanced Eutectic Phase Change Material (PCM) technology. The PCM is frozen during the night and gradually releases its stored cooling capacity during the day's distribution journey, maintaining an internal temperature of below −18°C for up to 12 hours, even under demanding summer conditions.

The FOW (Freezer on Wheels) is a high-capacity mobile freezer module engineered for secondary and regional distribution. It offers long hold time, robust construction and reliable temperature performance for frozen and deep-frozen products.

  • Deep-Freeze Capability: Designed for temperature ranges down to −25°C, suitable for ice cream and frozen foods.
  • Extended Hold Time: Optimised eutectic/passive cooling for 14–16 hours under typical operating conditions.
  • Robust Construction: Heavy-duty frame, food-grade inner surfaces and corrosion-resistant exterior suitable for intensive daily use.
  • Independent Cooling with Pre-Charge Operation: ICEBEAST FOWs eliminate dependency on vehicle engine/power during distribution. The eutectic passive cooling system requires just 6–8 hours of pre-charging on standard AC grid power to maintain deep-freeze temperatures (−25°C) for 14–16 hours. This translates to zero additional power load on your vehicle, reduced fuel consumption, extended EV driving range, and significantly lower operating costs compared to traditional active reefer systems.
  • Lower Running Cost: Pre-charging on grid power helps cut fuel and maintenance costs versus conventional active reefer systems.
